1. Talk to the Cat Hand Agent (Option 1).
2. Register by typing your name and paying 50,000z.
3. Upon arriving to destroyed Morroc field, go East and talk to the small cat NPC (Option 2).
4. Upon arriving to quest dimensional crack, go North and talk to the cat NPC (Option 1).
5. While in Midgard Camp, talk to the dimensional device to go to Dimensional Gap.

You now have access to all Dimensional Devices.
